We had a delightful time at Ned's place. It was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. Check-in process was extremely easy and Ned was easy to reach the whole time. While the place is relatively far from the main center of town, it was quiet, beautiful views of the sunset from the upper balcony, and when we did walk into town it really was an easier walk than expected. Would highly recommend!!
We loved the house and the location!! We stayed during family week with(2 teens and 2 adults plus our dog) and it was really perfect. Ned and Itzak we’re excellent hosts, the space is gorgeous and comfortable and I can’t say enough about the view from the deck. We will definitely return!!!
Wake up and go to bed with a view that can easily bring you to tears with it's captivating natural beauty! The interior is light, bright and nicely updated. Spacious enough to sneak off to have some alone time on one of the three floors each with a TV. Five minute bike ride to the infamous Boatslip Tea Dance and just a block away from the Provincetown Inn pool which is open to the public. Relaxing and refreshing location!
I can’t say enough about this property. Everything about this place is awesome. Ned and Itzik are just great people and made us feel so welcome. The condo is beautiful and the view was amazing. Love, love, love this place!
We just got back from a wonderful week at Ned's place. My family and I stay in Provincetown every year, and this is one of the best places we've rented. Everything about it is perfect: the location, layout, and amenities. It's close enough to walk to everything but feels secluded at the end of the world. Ned was a gracious host and replied right away when I had a question. Will definitely rent again!

About the hosts
Ned Bradford is the Director of the Academic Enrichment Center at Curry College and Itzik Kamhine teaches ma at the MA College of Pharmacy and Simmons College. We purchased this property because of its unique location and use it ourselves when it is not rented. We live in Boston and make sure that our guests receive the highest level of accommodations. We love the deep West End of Provincetown and think that it provides the perfect balance of access to town, and access to the National Seashore, bike trails and beaches.

Grocery and Pharmacy
While this is the only large supermarket in town it does carry a wide variety of organic produce. You can also take advantage of the onsite pharmacy.

Provincetown Art Association and Museum (PAAM) is a community of artists, a museum, a cultural resource, and a school of art.
